Andrey Zubarev has been appointed Managing Director of Sea Port of St. Petersburg w.e.f. August 19, replacing Vladislav Zhukov, who was at the helm of Sea Port since 2017.
Before joining Sea Port of St. Petersburg, which is a part of UCL Port, a stevedoring division of UCL Holding controlled by Vladimir Lisin’s NLMK Group, A.Zubarev worked in companies incorporated into another major Russian steel group, Alexey Mordashov’s Severstal.
His latest appointment was head of Neva-Metall, a stevedoring company of Severstal operating in the Big port of ST. Petersburg.
