During weeks 27, freight rates for shipping cargo by Handysize bulkers in the Baltic and the NW European region went up.
According to Glogos Project brokers, freight rates for shipping wheat by Handysize bulkers from ARAG to East Med grew up to $21 pmt, while those to West Med remained $15 pmt.
Freight rates for wheat from the Baltic to North Spain increased and amounted to $14 pmt.
Freight rates for shipping scrap by 25,000 dwt Handysize bulkers from the Baltic to East Med increased making $25 pmt. ARAG – East Med rates made $23 pmt.
Freight rates for shipping coal by 25,000 dwt Handysize bulkers from the Baltic to North Spain were $13 pmt, and those from the Baltic to East Med were $21 per ton.
