According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, during the first month of 2019 Russia exported 996.9 thousand tons of nitric fertilizers, up 2.7% year-on-year. In terms of value, nitric fertilizers export grew 15.1% up to some $230.5 mn.
Mixed fertilizers export amounted to 802.6 thousand tons, which is 4.3% above the result for January 2018. In terms of value, mixed fertilizers export grew by 19.4% up to $242.8 mn dollars.
Potash fertilizers export in January surged 2.3-fold up to 53.7 thousand tons. In terms of value, it grew even more significantly up to $13.3 mn.
