Delo Group has made key appointments in the Management Company Delo. Iliya Sattarov is appointed Chief Executive Officer, Khachatur Pombukhchan is appointed Chief Operating Officer.
I.Sattarov will oversee the update of the Delo Group strategy, its implementation and development based on the synergetic approach toward Delo Group assets and on the development of the integrated client services for multimodal transportation market.
Prior to joining Delo Group, I.Sattarov headed the Retail and Logistics Branch at Magnit, held the position of COO and was a member of the Board of Directors. In Delo, he takes over from Andrey Yashchenko, who has chosen to leave the group.
Kh.Pombukhchan will head the Finance and Economics Branch at the Group, manage the relations with financial and capital markets, IT infrastructure and digitalization of the Company’s operations and services.
For over 10 years he headed the Financial Branch at Magnit, was Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the company after its founder resigned from business operations.
