According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-October 2018 Russia’s export of vodka made 1.7 mn decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit.
This is 3.3% above the figure for the same period of 2017.
In terms of value, vodka export in January-October was up 11% to $116.3 mn.
In October, vodka export grew 5.7% month-on-month up to 525.8 thousand decalitres.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import during January-October grew by 10.3% year-on-year up to $2.1 bn.
Cigarettes and cigars import was down by 6.4% to $127.5 mn.
