Rail Cargo Logistics – RUS, the Russian branch of Austrian Railways’ Rail Cargo Group, has reached an agreement on transporting to China food products produced by a number of companies based in Krasnodar Region.
The container service is planned on a regular basis. The first shipment consisting of flour and vegetable oil is expected by the end of 2018.
The destination in China is Chengdu, with a door delivery by truck.
The transit time will make 14-16 days.
Part of the logistics costs is to be compensated by the Russian Export Center and the Chinese Government.
