Transneft Bought Summa’s Share in Novorossiysk

Transneft has increased its package in Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group consolidating 60.62% in the company.

Transneft has closed the acquisition of 100% in Novoport Holding, which was a joint venture between Transneft and Summa, and which controls 50.1% in NCSP.

Transneft paid for the package USD 750 mn from loan money.
