According to the RF Federal Customs Service, during January-April, Russia exported 1.6 mn tons of unwrought aluminum, up 1.7% year-on-year.
In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export increased by 10.9% up to some $2.8 bn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export increased 16.5% up to 321.3 thousand tons. In terms of value, the growth was even more significant, up 40.9% to some $2.2 bn.
Unwrought nickel export during the first three months of 2018 increased slightly by 0.6% up to 68.5 thousand tons. In terms of value, it surged 47.8% up to $948.4 mn.
