Russian Railways have announced an auction to sell 100% minus 1 share in its subsidiary Refservice specializing on transportation of perishables.
The auction will be held on September 10 in the so-called Anglo-Dutch format.
The starting price is 3,491 mn rubles, and the minimal price is 2,459 mn rubles.
Refservice operates specialized rail rolling stock for perishables transportation, its annual traffic amounts to some 1 mn tons.
