According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, during January-April 2018 Russia exported some 4.3 mn tons of nitric fertilizers, up 5.2% year-on-year.
In terms of value, nitric fertilizers export grew 13.9% up to $857.7 mn.
Mixed fertilizers export amounted to almost 4.1 mn tons, 16.4% above the result for January-April 2017. In terms of value, mixed fertilizers export surged 27.6% up to $1.14 bn dollars.
At the same time, potash fertilizers export dropped 27.2% down to 2.1 mn tons in terms of tonnage and decreased 17.8% to $426 mn in terms of value.
