RZD Logistics has organized the shipment of a 40’ container from Kazan in the framework of its Panda Land Bridge block train service from Russia to China.
Aluminum tinware (pans, frying pans, stewing pans, baking trays, etc.) manufactured by Kukmor Tinware was stuffed into the container at the factory and delivered to the rail station and loaded onto a platform.
Now the train is on its way in Mongolia. After arriving at Chengdu the cargo will be delivered to the consignee by truck.
RZD Logistics intends to make the service from Kazan regular and hopes to find back load from China to Kazan.
The company is now discussing with potential customers other cargoes from Kazan to China, including confectionery, sunflower seeds, alcoholic beverages and other foodstuffs.
