Coal and Coke Export Up

  • Russian coal export grew 9.8% year-on-year during January-October 2017 to make 146.17 mn tons, according to the RF Custom Service’s statistics.

    Earnings on coal export were up 58.1% to $10.9 bn.

    Coke and coal char export increased 48.5% to 2.5 mn tons.

    Earnings on coke and coal char export grew even more significantly to $504.4 mn.
