The Eurasian Economic Commission has decided to delay implementing obligatory preliminary information requirement for the maritime sector until July 1, 2019.
Previously, the date set for making submitting preliminary information to the customs obligatory was October 1, 2018.
The reason for the delay is the need to upgrade the information systems of the Eurasian Union member countries (which are Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrghyz Republic).
