Russian Post has suspended delivery by land to 23 countries in Europe, the operator said in a statement.
The countries in question include Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Germany, the Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Estonia has suspended accepting EMS deliveries from Russia, according to Russian Post.
Some of the countries do not accept mail and parcels due to the absence of air connections and transit routes. Delivery to other countries will take longer than usual, Russian Post has warned.
