Logistics operator RTSB-RUS has launched a direct train service for full containers and LCL cargo from China to Russia, the group said in a statement.
The train carrying mainly consumer goods consolidated from different cities in China to the railway station of Shuhary in St. Petersburg can be routed via Zabaikalsk, Zamyn-Uud or Dostyk border crossing checkpoints.
The transit time is 22 to 25 days. The current service frequency is weekly, but depending on the customers’ demand, two times a week departures can be organized.
