Pevek Cargo, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, has put into operation a warehousing complex including roofed and open storage facilities in the port of Pevek in Chukotka Autonomous Region.
According to Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, the project was worth 13.2 mn rubles ($141.3 thousand).
The new facilities are aimed to handling and storage of general cargo, containers, machinery, equipment and other cargoes, including reefer cargo.
The complex consists of a 2,000 sqm two-level roofed warehouse for temperature sensitive cargo and an 11,000 sqm open air warehouse for other commodities.
