163 Million Tons of Port Capacity to Be Built in Primorie Region by 2030

  • The RF Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic is finalizing a suggestion for developing the key industries in the Primorsk Krai to be submitted to the RF Government, the RF Government said on its social media account.

    By 2030, it is planned to build new port facilities capable to handle 163 million tons of cargo annually in the region.

    Today, RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin is visiting Vladivostok to study the investment projects implemented in the region. The major projects are developed by Zvezda Shipyard, Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizers Plant, and Primorsky Metalworks.
