TransContainer Establishes Subsidiary in Japan

  • TransContainer, part of Delo Group, has established TC Japan a transport and forwarding subsidiary in Japan, the company said in a statement.

    The new company will specialize on container transportation. It will offer customer service and promote TransContainer’s services in a ‘single window’ format.

    TC Japan will focus on multimodal transportation via ports of the Russian Far East by the TransSiberian Railway to destinations in Russia and abroad.

    On customers’ demand, alternative routes will be developed in cooperation with TransContainer’s subsidiaries in China and Republic of Korea.

    TC Japan will also supply containers for customers and coordinate depot operations. It will also offer shipping services in specialized containers including containers for cars on customer demand.
