Russia’s Nuclear Lighter Carrier to Transport Fish

New Multimodal Service for Automotive Industry

  • TramsContainer is launching a new multimodal service to transport car parts from Turkey to Kazakhstan via the ports of Istanbul and Novorossiysk and the border crossing checkpoints of Ozinki (Russia) and Smiglavy Mar (Kazakhstan).

    Containers will be trucked from Bursa in Turkey to Istanbul, loaded on board a vessel and shipped to NUTEP container terminal in Novorossiysk to be carried by rail to the station of Burunday in Almaty region.

    The transit time will make about 30 days, the monthly traffic is expected to amount to 40-80 40’ units. The first shipment is planned in early June.

    In the framework of the service, TransContainer offers equipment, organizes trucking to Istanbul, sea shipping to Novorossiysk and rail transportation to the destination.
