Trucking Company Launches Air Delivery

  • Delovye Linii, a Russian trucking company, has announced launching air delivery services from China and Southeast Asia to Russia. Thus, air delivery is offered from Beijing, Guangzhou, Kobe, Bangkok, Calcutta, Singapore, and other origins in Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Southeast Asia. The transit time from Beijing to Moscow makes several days.

‘The demand for delivery from the Far East was always high, and has grown even more of lately amounting to 40% during the past year,’ the company said. ‘Manufacturing is growing, and so are deliveries, especially in the automotive, microchip and pharmaceutical segments. Sea ports and railway terminals are congested, so to cut delivery time we have launched an air freight offering’.

The company’s agents organize first mile services to deliver cargo to the airport, handling and loading on board a plane, and Delovye Linii provides customs clearance, storage and last mile delivery to the customer.
