The Government of the Russian Federation has transferred the ownership of the 100% of the authorized stock capital in Fenix Ltd, the operator of Bronka Multipurpose Terminal in St. Petersburg to Rostec State Corporation.
According to Order No253-r of the RF Government signed on February 15, 2022,, the Federal Property Agency is to complete the transfer within 12 months.
Bronka Multipurpose Terminal in the Big Port of St. Petersburg handles containers, ro-ro and general cargo. Last week, the new Managing Director, Valery Yemets, was appointed to the terminal operator, Fenix Ltd.
