The first 40’ units laden with household appliances for retailers have been delivered to Kaliningrad region from China by a new route.
According to Kaliningrad Railway, the containers were delivered to Russia from China by a block train arriving at the Bely Rast terminal in Moscow region
At Bely Rast, the containers designated for Kaliningrad were loaded on a block train heading for the Chernyakhovsk logistics terminal in Kaliningrad region. The transit time from Moscow to Kaliningrad is no more than 2.5 days.
Containerized goods from China for the region are also delivered by transit block trains from China to Europe that arrives at the Kaliningrad logistics terminal.
