Roman Novikov has been appointed Head of the RF Federal Agency for Road Transport (Rosavtodor) by order of RF Premier Mikhail Mishustin. Before this, Novikov was acting Head of the Agency since February this year.
Prior to this appointment, Novikov occupied managerial positions in governmental organizations and private companies involved in road construction and maintenance.
Before that, Andrey Kostyuk was Head of the RF Federal Agency for Road Transport.
