New Head of Federal Agency for Rail Transport Appointed

  • Igor Koval has been appointed Head of the RF Federal Agency for Rail Transport (Roszheldor). RF Premier Mikhail Mishustun signed the order to this effect on May 17.

    Koval was born in Krasnodar in South Russia. During 2007-2009 he was employed with the RF Federal Agency for Special Economic Zones and was responsible for port zones development.

    After that he moved to the RF Ministry of economic development where occupied positions related to investment procurement and support and public private partnership.

    During several recent years Koval worked for private companies occupying managerial positions.
