New Terminal to be Built in Pevek

  • A new terminal is to be built in the Russian Arctic port of Pevek in the East Siberian Sea. The facility to be put into operation in 2026 will have a 2 mn tons annual capacity.

    For the time being, two berths are being modernized in Pevek. On completion, they will be capable of accommodating two vessel up to 140 m LOA and 10,000 gross tonnage each.

    The handling capacity of each berth will make 300 thousand tons, the capacity of the third berth will be 200 thousand tons.
