According to the RF Federal Customs Service’s statistics, in January-July 2020 Russia’s export of vodka made 1.11 mn decalitres scaled down to 100% spirit, up 0.4% year-on-year, physically, and $75.7 mn, down 3.8%, in terms of value.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import during January-July declined by 9.6% year-on-year down to $1.35 bn.
Cigarettes and cigars import in January-July decreased by 14% up to $31.9 mn.
In July, Russia exported 200.4 thousand decalitres of vodka, down 0.9% year-on-year and down 19.2% month-on-month, worth $13.5 mn, down 0.7% year-on-year and down 22.9% month-on-month.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages import in July was down 18.1% year-on-year and up 8.9% month-on-month to $214.2 mn.
Cigarettes and cigars import in July was down 34% year-on-year and down 34% month-on-month to $3.3 mn.
