«Атомэнергомаш» отгрузил негабарит для турецкой АЭС

Atomenergomash Ships Heavylift Equipment for Turkish Nuclear Power Plant

  • The Volgodonsk branch of AEM-Technology, part of Atomenergomash, the machine building division of Russia’s nuclear corporation Rosatom, has manufactured and shipped the embedded parts of a steam generator to Turkey for the first unit of Akkuyu nuclear power plant in Turkey.

    According to Atomenergomash, the main large-size elements of the delivery are the embedded part and the base plate. The weight of all the parts is over 130 tons. A total of 35 units have been shipped.

    The cargo will be delivered to Turkey by road with 8 vehicles deployed, the distance is about 2.5 thousand kilometers.
