Delo Group representatives have been elected to the Board of Directors of TransContainer.
In the new Board of Directors, Delo-Center, part of Delo Group, is represented by Sergey Shishkarev, President of Delo Group, Ivan Besedin, Advisor to the President, Artyom Polyakov, CEO of the Management Company Delo, Dmitry Pankov, Senior Vice-President, Corporate Management, Law and M&A, and Sergey Dolgov, Advisor to CEO of TransContainer.
The representatives of Enisey Capital in the new Board of Directors are David Davydovich, Ramil Zaynetdynov, and Sergey Ludin. VTB Bank is represented by Lea Verni and Maxim Gavrylenko.
