Eurosib Relaunches St. Petersburg – Novosibirsk Container Service

  • Eurosib SPb – Transport Systems has relaunched its block train from St. Petersburg to Novosibirsk after a five-year break. The first train departed from the Yanino terminal in St. Petersburg on February 7 and is expected to arrive at the destination in 5 days.

    The train is loaded with goods manufactured in Leningrad Oblast and imported via the Big port of St. Petersburg. Most of the cargo is consumer goods and construction cargo.

    The next departure is scheduled on February 13. The service will be regular with weekly departures on Thursdays. By the mid-year, the company intends to increase the service frequency.
