According to the RF Federal Customs Service, during January-June 2019 Russia exported 1.6 mn tons of unwrought aluminum, up 4.3% year-on-year. In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export frcreased by 1.1% down to some $2.2 8 bn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export was up 5.8% to 340 thousand tons worth $2.1 bn, down 4.6% year-on-year.
Unwrought nickel export in January-June increased by 4.2% up to 71.4 thousand tons worth $872.3 mn, down 8% year-on-year.
In June, unwrought aluminum export made 259.5 thousand tons, down 4.6 year-on-year and up 0.9% month-on-month. In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export decreased by 9.5 year-on-year and grew by 1.3% month-on-month to make $436.9 mn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export in June was up 1.2% year-on-year and down 8.2% month-on-month to 33.6 thousand tons worth $196.5 mn (down 8.7% year-on-year and 12.4% month-on-month).
Unwrought nickel export in June was up 26.6% year-on-year and 70.4% month-on-month to 13.8 thousand tons. In terms of value, it increased by 1.9% year-on-year and by 70.2 month-on-month up to $165.1 mn.
