Novotrans Holding, Ust-Luga Company and Morstroy have commenced the construction of the multifunctional Lugaport terminal complex in the port of Ust-Luga in the Russian Baltic. Morstroy, which acts as the general contractor, is installing hollow-shell piles.
The project envisages building grain, food products, general and dry bulk terminals with an aggregate annual capacity of 21.3 mn tons. The estimated cost of the project is 46.5 bn rubles.
