By order of the Harbour Master of Primorsk, w.e.f. April 10, 2019, ice restrictions for vessels with no ice class are lifted in the port due to the milder ice conditions and a favourable forecast.
However, barges under tow, small craft, yachts, sporting and pleasure boats are not allowed to sail in the port and approach fairways and channels yet.
