EML Starts Black Sea Service

  • Starting on April 16, EML, a feeder liner subsidiary of Hoegh Autoliners, is launching a regular Black Sea service.

    The port rotation is: Piraeus – Novorossiysk – Chernomorsk (formerly, Ilyichevsk).

    The vessel “City of Amsterdam” will to call Novorossiysk twice a month, at the KSK terminal, according to Dealex, Agency Russia, which represent Hoegh Autoliners in Russia.

    The first call at Novorossiysk is scheduled in early May.

    In future, the company intends to deploy a larger ship capable of transporting not only cars, but large ro-ro units as well as heavylift and project cargo on roll-trailers.
