Maersk Line Russia has confirmed the change of the East Europe Cluster CEO.
Tom Hyldelund, whose contract is over, is leaving the company.
Zsolt Katona, Chief Line officer of Seago Line, has been appointed new CEO w.e.f. September 3.
Z.Katona has a MSc Degree from the University of Pecs. He started his career with P&O Nedlloyd in 2001, and after the company was acquired by A.P.Moller-Maersk in 2006 continued working for Maersk Line, first in Budapest, where he was responsible for sales and customer service, and then in Copenhagen, where he was promoted to Asia – Europe Trade Manager.
In 2012-2016 Z.Katona was Cluster Sales Director with Maersk Line Russia based in St. Petersburg, and in 2016 was appointed Chief Line Officer with Sego Line.
