An order issued by the Harbour Master of Primorsk introduces the following ice restrictions in the port basin an approach channels since January 26, in case the ice reaches 10-15 cm thickness.
Barges pulled by tugs will not be allowed to sail in Primorsk.
Also, vessels with no ice class will be prohibited.
Ships with an Ice1 notation will be allowed to sail under icebreaking support.
Ships with an Ice2 notation and higher are allowed to sail independently with the permission of using recommendations of icebreakers.
