Dmitry Shpadi has been appointed deputy head of the RF Rail Agency (Roszheldor).
He replaced Evgeny Lukovnikov, who was moved to another position.
Prior to this appointment, D.Shpadi was head of the infrastructure and transportation directorate in Roszheldor.
