Hapag-Lloyd ведет переговоры с UASC

    Сегодня Hapag-Lloyd объявил о том, что компания ведет с United Arab Shipping Company SAG (UASC) переговоры о сотрудничестве, включая возможность объединения контейнерного бизнеса двух линий. Если слияние состоится, то Hapag-Lloyd будет принадлежать 72% объединенного бизнеса, а UASC – 28%.

    При этом в Hapag-Lloyd отмечают, что никаких конкретных соглашений на данный момент не достигнуто, и нет гарантий, что переговоры приведут к каким-либо результатам.
