    Решением Совета директоров China COSCO Holdings Company Limited от 20 января председателем Совета директоров назначен Ван Мин, ранее входивший в состав Совета в качестве неисполнительного директора.

    Ма Жэхуа, до этого возглавлявший Совет директоров, покинул свой пост и вышел из состава Совета и правления компании.

    Все изменения вступили в силу с 20 января.
