Container Transit from China to Europe via Kaliningrad Up 10-Fold

    • During January 2021, 8.5 thousand TEU transited Kaliningrad Oblast between China and Europe by rail, up 10-fold, Kaliningrad Railway reports.

    This volume include 6.6 thousand TEU of multimodal containers (up 34-fold) and 1.9 thousand TEU of purely rail containers routed via the Mamonovo / Branevo  border crossing (up 2.9-fold).
