According to Rosmorport, w.e.f. August 15, 2018, LNG-powered tankers calling at Primorsk and Ust-Luga in the Gulf of Finland are entitled to a discount from the port dues collected by the regional Rosmorport branch.
Port dues for such vessels will be calculated using a 0.9 coefficient, which means a 10% discount.
