Vanino Port has added seven new forklift trucks to its fleet, the port said in a statement. The Lonking units made in China are feature state of the art technology solutions.
They are equipped with diesel engines and a variable grip width forklift mechanism that can be adjusted according to the size of cargo.
Two of the new forklifts have a capacity of 2 tons, three – 2.5 tons and two – 10 tons. All the new units have been put into operation.
The new equipment is expected to help improve the quality and speed of handling operations.
