Dmitry Kleyankin has been appointed Managing Director of Transneft Kozmino Port as of October 26m 2022, the company’s public communications department said in a statement.
Kleyankin was born in 1977, he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk State Technical University with a degree in Machinery dynamics and strength and from the Siberian Federal University with a degree in Economics and management, and completed training in Oil and products storage and transportation.
Kleyankin has been with Transneft for more than 20 years starting as a mechanical engineer with TransSiberian mainline oil pipelines, currently Transneft – West Siberia, and joined the team of Transneft Kozmino Port in 2009 as Deputy MD, Operations, and occupied different managerial positions.
Konstantin Zaitsev, was acting MD of Transneft Kozmino Port, continues with the company in his main position as chief engineer of Transneft Kozmino Port.
