According to the RF Federal Customs Service, during January-November 2021 Russia exported 3.2 mn tons of unwrought aluminum, up 31.1% year-on-year. In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export surged by 65.9% year-on-year up to $6.3 bn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export declined by 32.9% year-on-year making 440.5 thousand tons worth $3.6 bn, down 4.1% year-on-year.
Unwrought nickel export in January-November 2021 decreased by 54.7% year-on-year amounting to 45.1 thousand tons worth $789.4 mn, down 43.2% year-on-year.
In November, unwrought aluminum export made 228.2 thousand tons, down 34.7% year-on-year and up 65.9% month-on-month. In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export increased by 3.3% year-on-year and by 67.7% month-on-month to make $523.5 mn.
Refined copper and unwrought copper alloys export made just 2 thousand tons, down 98.2% year-on-year and up 17.6% month-on-month. In terms of value, unwrought aluminum export dropped 98.2% year-on-year and grew 33.3% month-on-month to make $13.2 mn.
Unwrought nickel export in November 2021 made 100 tons, down 99.1% year-on-year worth $1.1 mn, down 99.3% year-on-year.
