The Board of Directors of Management Company Delo, the headquarters of Delo Group, has satisfied the request of Chief Executive Officer Igor Yakovenko to relieve him of his position for personal reasons.
Dmitry Pankov, who has been working in the Group for many years and held the position of Senior Vice President for Corporate Governance, Law and M&A since January 2020, has been appointed new CEO of the Management Company Delo.
Igor Yakovenko has been appointed Senior Vice President for Operations at the Management Company and will also retain the position of Chief Executive Officer of DeloPorts, which consolidates Delo Group’s stevedore assets in Novorossiysk.
Dmitry Pankov graduated from the Humanitarian University in Yekaterinburg. Prior to joining Delo Group’s team, he occupied various managerial positions with Russian companies specializing on private investment management, and worked as a lawyer.
