Ruscon and TransContainer, both parts of Delo Group, have organized delivery of wind turbine components for the newly established Russian wind turbine manufacturer in Rostov region.
Ruscon was responsible for transporting the components on the territory of China, while TransContainer took over the shipemnt on the Russian territory providing its own containers and fitting platforms.
According to Andrey Chernyshev, First VP of Ruscon, the direct rail scheme by a block train was chosen for the valuable high-tech equipment requiring just-in-time delivery as the most reliable under the current conditions with numerous disruptions in the deep sea supply chain.
