FESCO has launched a train service to carry cars from Chongqing in China to in Moscow Oblast. The train is routed via Mongolia and crosses the border via the Erlyan / Zamyn-Uud / Naushki border crossings.
The first train carrying fifty 40’ units laden with 150 cars from arrived to the Bely Rast logistics terminal jointly developed by Russian Railways and Port Liaoning Group on February 5.
The transit time is about 16 days. Trains will depart from Chongqing to Bely Rast 3-4 times a month. The target monthly freight volume is 300-400 TEU.
