According to the RF Federal Customs Service, Russia’s crude oil export in January-November 2020 was down 10.4% year-on-year to 220.2 mn tons. In terms of value, crude oil export dropped by 40.5% year-on-year making $66.4 bn.
Oil products export declined by 1.6% down to 126.8 mn tons. In terms of value it was down 33% to $40.7 bn.
Diesel fuel export made 48.4 mn tons in terms of tonnage (+4.1% year-on-year) and $17.8 bn in terms of value (-31.8%).
Petrol export in January-November 2020 increased by 26% year-on-year up to 5.5 mn tons worth $2.1 bn, down 13.9%.
In November, Russia exported 19.5 mn tons of crude oil, down 12.1% year-on-year and up 7.3% month-on-month. In terms of value, crude oil export declined by 39.8% year-on-year and grew by 13.6% month-on-month to make $5.8 bn.
Oil products export in November decreased by 17.7% year-on-year and increased by 5.5% month-on-month to make 10.2 mn tons worth more than $3 bn (down 43.8% year-on-year and up 5.5% month-on-month).
Diesel fuel export made 3.6 mn tons (down 10.5% year-on-year and down 5.3% month-on-month) worth $1.1 bn (down 48.8% year-on-year and down 4.1% month-on-month).
Car petrol export in November declined by 28.5% year-on-year and by 0.6% month-on-month making 319.2 thousand tons worth $111.6 mn, down 54.5% year-on-year and down 2.9% month-on-month.
Natural gas export in January-November 2020 amounted to 178.4 bn cbm, down 10.4% year-on-year. In terms of value, it also declined, by 41.7% down to $22 bn.
Liquefied natural gas export during January-November 2020 increased by 5.5% year-on-year up to 65.2 mn cbm, its value was down 15.3% to $6.5 bn.
In November, natural gas export made 18.3 bn cbm, down 7.6% year-on-year and up 2.2% month-on-month. Value-wise, it was worth $2.9 bn, down 19.7% year-on-year and up 9.3% month-on-month.
LNG export in November amounted to 8.1 mn cbm grew by 42.1% year-on-year and surged 4.1-fold month-on-month. In terms of value, LNG export declined by 19% year-on-year and was up 7.3-fold month-on-month making $493.2 mn.
