Zarubino Loads First Grain

  • The sea port of Zarubino in the Russian Far Est has loaded its first grain parcel consisting of 2.7 thousand tons of corn designated for the Japanese port of Matsunaga.

The cargo was handled by Legendagro Group and Sea Port in Troitsa Bay, the only stevedoring company in Zarubino. The two companies signed a cooperation agreement in September last year.

During the 2019-2020 harvest season, Legendagro plans to load up to 40 thousand tons of grains and oilseeds for China, Japan and Republic of Korea via Zarubino.
