Due to the stormy weather and a flood threat the dam protecting St. Petersburg from floods is closing todays starting at 14.10 local (Moscow) time.
By order of the Harbor Master of the Big port of St. Petersburg navigation via the vessel passages S-1 and S-2 in the dam is suspended w.e.f. 13.30.
