According to the RF Federal Customs Service, Russia’s crude oil export in January-September was up 3.5% year-on-year to 197.6 mn tons. In terms of value, crude oil export declined by 3.8% down to $90.4 bn.
Oil products export in January-September decreased by 8.9% down to 104.9 mn tons. In terms of value it was down 15% to $49.9 bn.
Diesel fuel export made 38.3 mn tons in terms of tonnage (-9.9% year-on-year) and $21.5 bn in terms of value (-14.8%).
Petrol export in January-September increased by 7.3% year-on-year up to 3.4 mn tons worth about $1.9 bn, up 1.9%.
In September, Russia exported 22.2 mn tons of crude, up 2.7% year-on-year and down 4.4% month-on-month. In terms of value, crude oil export declined by 16.1% year-on-year and by 5.4% month-on-month to make $9.7 bn.
Oil products export in September increased by 1.8% year-on-year and by 24.7% month-on-month up to 13.2 mn tons worth $5.9 bn (down 15.56% year-on-year and up 18% month-on-month).
Diesel fuel export made 4.6 mn tons (up 0.9% year-on-year and 12.7% month-on-month) worth $2.5 bn (down 13.5% year-on-year and up 11.2% month-on-month).
Car petrol export in September grew by 41.7% year-on-year and by 13.9% month-on-month making 331.9 thousand tons worth $187.5 mn, up 26.5% year-on-year and 11% month-on-month.
Natural gas export in January-September amounted to 159.7 bn cbm, down 3.7% year-on-year. In terms of value, it also declined, by 12.1% down to $31.1 bn.
Liquefied natural gas export during the first 10 months of the year increased by 59.6% year-on-year up to 46.6 mn cbm, its value was up 50.3% to more than $6.3 bn.
In September, natural gas export made 16.4 bn cbm, down 5.2% year-on-year and down 0.6% month-on-month. Value-wise, it was worth $2.7 bn (-33.8% year-on-year and up 0.3% month-on-month)
LNG export in September amounted to 6.7 mn cbm surging 2.8-fold year-on-year and growing by 19.6% month-on-month. In terms of value, LNG export increased by 89.2% year-on-year and by 34.9% month-on-month making $741.2 mn.
